Our Fashion Diva (3/29/09)

Kaylee will often come out of her room dressed head to toe all by herself! Such is the case this past Saturday. She had a short sleeve pink shirt under a long sleeve hot pink shirt, jeans under a blue skirt, and her brother's John Deere Camo cowboy boots - ADORABLE! I love when she shows her true colors, she is precious!

Clayton's soccer team, the Vipers, played their second game of the season Saturday after a nice break in the many days of rain. They did great! We did lose 3 to 4, but Clayton says he had fun! The Vipers are in the navy uniforms for this game. Clayton is #20.

March 26, 2009. Kaylee's preschool had their annual Spring Art Show. It was so much fun to see all her special art on the walls, and she sang a song with her class - she sings so good!

Nicholas lost his 2nd front tooth today, which leaves him a bit...toothless. He looks so cute with out his front teeth.

Meet Izzie

March 21, 2009 we picked up our new Boxer girl pup, Izzie. She is precious, sweet, laid back, and smart! She loves to run with the kids and lay in our laps. She has to be near us all the time! I know, you parents of ours, are worried about Kevin. We visited a couple of boxers to test his allergies, and feel good about this. We want to try it out - every kid should have a dog, says Kevin. She is 9 weeks old and will go see our Vet friend, Andrea, this Friday. We have started crate training her and she is doing really great! Also, doing great on potty training...YAY! Kaylee likes Izzie, but has just started warming up to her wanting to play with her, I'll post pictures of her with Izzie soon.

Our Spring Break (March 18 -21, 2009) was so much fun! We stayed in a condo in Bluewater, FL with my friend, Melissa Gaylard and her kids. We went to Destin beach and to Seaside beach. Seaside is the most beautiful water I have seen before! The blues are so turquoise and the sand is so white - it was hard for me to leave!

Happy Birthday to my sweet St. Patty's Day boy! Nicholas is the big #7 - so hard to believe the time has flown by this fast! We had a fun filled day of special things just for Nicholas. He got to pick wherever he wanted to eat for dinner and he picked Dairy Queen. Also, he invited a friend (Will Hecker) along and to sleepover. Then we took them by Toys R Us for a Poekmon event they were having and he got a special Pokemon for his Nintendo DS. After all that fun, we celebrated at home with a Bruster's Ice Cream cake just how he wanted it (strawberry ice cream with yellow cake and a fudge layer in the middle) - YUMMY! He opened up all his fun Pokemon presents from us and said that this was his best birthday ever!
